Business continuity update during Restricted Movement Order (RMO)

Assalamualaikum dear beloved #TCOFamily,

As you are already aware of, the country is now under restricted movement order (RMO) until 31st of March 2020.

The order could be extended, or will end on that day, we are not 100% sure at the moment.

Even though TCO falls under essential services (e-commerce) category that allows us to continue our operation as usual, we deemed this situation seriously and have taken a few precautionary measures, which are:

➡️ All of TCO team are given options to be on leave or work from home, during this RMO period.

➡️ Our warehouse is temporarily closed as we are monitoring closely the development of the pandemic.

Wellbeing of our TCO team is our utmost priority, and with these measures, kindly expect that:

✅ There will be a slight delay on the postage of your telekung, as we have reduced the frequency of delivery from daily (on weekdays) to just 3 days a week.

✅ A slight delay in response from our Whatsapp team, as some opt for the leave & we duly respect that.
